3.         All personal information that we collect and maintain will be subject to the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of such collection.  However, NWPCA reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion, and will provide notice of material changes on the home page of its PalletCentral.com website.  You will be deemed to be made aware of, and your personal information will become subject to, the changes in the Privacy Policy by your continued use of the website after such notice has been posted for thirty (30) days. 

4.         This website contains links to other websites at which personal information may be collected.  The collection and use of your personal information will be governed by any privacy policies of such websites. 

5.         Any information you post in a PalletCentral chat board is available to all persons accessing that location.  NWPCA is not responsible for and has no liability with respect to your provision of any personal information to any third parties through this website, including but not limited to, your provision of personal information to others through the PalletCentral chat boards and Buy/Sell/Trade sourcing guide or through other websites to which PalletCentral has provided a link. 

6.         As a visitor to PalletCentral, you can engage in many activities without providing any personal information.  In certain activities, such as PalletCentral’s chat rooms and Buy, Sell and Trade sourcing guide, you will be asked to provided certain information about yourself.  NWPCA collects your personal information to record and support your participation in these services. 

7.         In addition, NWPCA collects information about the use of this website, such as the number of daily users and the types of services used.  This information is collected in aggregate form, without identifying any used individually.  NWPCA may use this aggregate, non-identifying statistical data for statistical analysis, marketing, or similar promotional purposes.  We may also collect certain technical and routing information about your computer to facilitate your use of this website, including environmental variables, such as browser type, operating system, CPU speed and the Internet Protocol address of your computer.  However, we do not match such information with any of your personal information.

10.        In order to improve our website, we use “cookies’ to track your visit.  A cookie is a small amount of data that is transferred to your browser by a Web server and can only be read by the server that gave it to you.  It functions as your identification card and enables PalletCentral to record your password.
