Join your colleagues for issue-briefings, Capitol Hill visits, Federal agency meetings, and lots of networking. New this year, is the opportunity for a VIP Behind-the-Scenes Tour of the Capitol. Registration is required for all ~ business participants, spouses and children. Children over the age of 10 may register, but those who are under 18-years old are unable to participate in the Federal agency meetings.

Registration rATES

The Fly-In registration rates are $575 per person (NWPCA Member/non-member or spouse/guest); Children under 18-years old ($100 per child). The registration fee includes access to NWPCA-hosted meals (Monday evening reception, Tuesday continental breakfast, lunch, and light reception, Wednesday continental breakfast), Capitol Hill meetings and Federal meetings as identified on the Fly-In Schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If received by May 31, 2017, a refund will be issued, minus a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after May 31, however, substitutions are permitted. Please submit any registration changes to Susan Cheney or phone: 703-519-6104.
