INTERPAL 2018 & Plant Tour CONFERENCE Schedule

The schedule of events is tentative. Registration includes breakfast, lunch, receptions, education, exhibit and bus transportation to the pallet facilities. For security reasons, all participants must use bus transportation provided for the plant tours. All other vehicles may be denied entrance at each facility.

Pallet Service Corporation has been a full service, family owned industrial wood products supplier for over 50 years. Pallet Service specializes in new, recycled and re-manufactured pallets along with custom crating. Three manufacturing plants located in Maple Grove, Little Canada, Minnesota and Knapp, Wisconsin service a large part of the United States by truck and rail, as well as mill direct.

Northland Pallet provides new and reconstructed pallets. Their state-of-the-art warehouse includes a production line with automated pallet stackers and bar coding; pellet manufacturing equipment; grinder for animal bedding and landscape mulch. 

Viking Engineering and Development has been a market leader in automated pallet machinery manufacturing since 1975, and now has a significant global presence. By supplying genuine Viking parts, fasteners, and service support, Viking is the one-stop-shop for customers' wood fastening needs.

Twin City Pallet was established more than 30 years ago and has continued to grow at approximately 35% per year for the last 7 years. Twin City Pallet recycles all wood, plastic and cardboard and metal for their customer’s convenience and manufactures new/custom and remanufactured pallets of all sizes. A fully automated PRS repair line, 4 quality check points, and services the five state area.

Berry Pallets began in 1989 recycling pallets, and has grown into a large regional pallet manufacturer, serving south central and south west Minnesota, and known for their food grade and kiln dried pallets. Their efficiency measures, from how they purchase wood to utilization, and build-to-order, on either a Viking Turbo 505 or a Viking Champion QC306., enables just-in-time delivery and minimizes inventory.

J&B Pallet has manufacturing and recycling facilities in multiple locations and employs over 100. The Eagan facility features automated pallet assembly production, indoor storage, 10 loading docks and 6 station production line. On Average, J&B Pallet produces 15,000 new and reconditioned pallets a day.

Villaume Industries is a cutting-edge designer and manufacturer of high quality custom wood products. For over 125 years, Villaume has proved themselves to be a leading provider of precisely manufactured custom wood products that deliver added value and efficiencies to their customers' bottom line. Today, their primary business is the design and manufacturing of wood trusses for new residential and commercial construction industry, as well as leading producer of custom wood crating, boxes, and pallets. They have been a NWPCA member since 1965.
