About Mike HAchtman

Mike Hachtman is the founder, President and CEO of Relogistics Services. Mike began his career in the pallet industry in 1997, serving as Sales Director at Fraser Industries. Fraser later became part of PalEx and later IFCO Systems where he last held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development. Hachtman served as Chairman of the Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission appointed in 2004 by Governor Rick Perry.

Hachtman has also held several positions within Texas state government, including Chief of Staff for the Texas Railroad Commission. He currently serves on the Board of the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association as well as Chairman of the Government Affairs Committee. Mike is also past Chairman of the Reusable Packaging Association. Mike holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Texas A&M University.

About Bernie Kamps

Bernie is CEO of Kamps Pallet, the company that provides nationwide pallet management services through a network of 25 company-owned and operated facilities along with a strong network of hand selected pallet partners. Kamps manages over 100 million pallets annually with their 900 employees and 2500 plus trailers.

About amy olson

Amy Olson, Vice President and Co-Founder, Rose Pallet, has over 15 years of experience in the wooden pallet industry. She has dedicated her career to serving the pallet management needs of Fortune 100 and 500 companies, both at regional and national levels. Currently, she focuses on national growth, building relationships, and developing new accounts. Amy also assists in running day-to-day operations and works closely with the sales team. Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending Chicago Blackhawks games, and painting.

About Howe Wallace

Howe Q. Wallace has served as the Chief Executive Officer of PalletOne since its inception in 2001. Previously, Mr. Wallace was the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for IFCO Systems North America, Chief Human Resources Officer for PalEx, Inc., and Director of Human Resources for Ridge Pallets, Inc.

A 30-year veteran of the pallet industry, Mr. Wallace serves on the Board of Directors of the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association. He has also served on Virginia Tech’s Center for Packaging and Unit Load Design. A member of Leadership Florida, he served for six years as Chairman of Leadership Bartow and currently serves as Chairman of the Mayor’s Prayer Luncheon. He has also served as a board member for the Alpha Tau Omega National Fraternity.

Mr. Wallace holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Florida and a master’s degree from the College of Education at Michigan State University. Since 2005, he has been sharing his thoughts on the organization, leadership, and communication in an online daily note to teammates called Daily with HQ.
