During the registration process, you will be asked to select one plant tour option: North Tour or South Tour. Please read the options in advance of registering. Space fills up quickly, so please register early to get your preferred tour.

Robotic Pallet Dismantling: Alliance Automation presents live demo at J&B Pallet
Started in 1989 recycling pallets, and grown into a large regional pallet manufacturer, serving south central and south west Minnesota, and known for their food grade and kiln-dried pallets. Their efficiency measures, from how they purchase wood to utilization, and build-to-order, on either a Viking Turbo 505 or a Viking Champion QC306, enables just-in-time delivery and minimizes inventory.

The Eagan facility features automated pallet assembly production, robotic dismantler, indoor storage, 10 loading docks and 6 station production line.
