critical data needed for wooden pallets

Environmental Product Declaration Survey Is a Game Changer for Wood Pallets

This environmental production declaration (EPD) will be the first of its kind in the supply chain, and is therefore a monumental undertaking requiring data on production of at least 170 million pallets. We need companies large and small to complete the survey.

We know it, now we can show it

Manufacturers of wood pallets have always felt that we have the best environmental product compared to other materials, and for good reason. Wood is renewable, biodegradable, reusable, and recyclable. Now we can prove we're the best with an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) research project, funded by The Pallet Foundation.

“What a great opportunity we have to create this marketing tool for our industry. With every great opportunity, comes some sweat equity. Spending the time to pull together the data from your company and participate in the LCA Survey is critical to the success of our businesses and our industry.
We have a chance to be out front and leading, showing the world what great products we manufacture and recycle. We must get the critical mass of information to be able to complete this project and keep the wooden pallet as the product of choice, showing all its strengths/advantages verses all the competing products that constantly are trying to take our market. Completing this survey will keep us in front for years to come. Please do your part!”
~ Bob Wenner, President of Pallet Service Corporation, Chairman of The Pallet Foundation
