Exhibitor Registration & Information

Welcome to Exhibitor Registration! Reserve your exhibit booth (includes one person), and to register any additional booth personnel, your guests and other optional events.

NWPCA Members must "Sign-In" to receive the NWPCA member rate.

Exhibitor Registration: Reserve Booth, Personnel Discounts

NWPCA staff shall have sole discretion as to the placement of exhibit booth space. Review Floor Plan here. Assignment of space shall be determined upon receipt of signed Exhibitor Contract.

Each 10'x10' booth includes:

  • 8’ high back drape
  • 3’ high side dividers
  • One 6’ skirted table
  • Two chairs
  • One wastebasket
  • Booth identification sign
  • One 500 watt/110V outlet

We provide a discounted rate for additional booth personnel. The registration fee for additional booth personnel is $100 less than for attendees, so use the link below to receive the published rates for additional booth personnel.

Cancellation Policy

Booth cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Any cancellation or a failure to show results in forfeiture of full exhibit space fee. If NWPCA is able to resell exhibit space, a refund will be issued (less a $300 administrative fee).

Attendee cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If received by January 31, 2020, a refund will be issued, minus a $150 USD administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after January 31, 2020; however, substitutions are permitted.
